Therapy for Stress and Burnout
Online Support Across Australia
Feeling drained, unmotivated, scattered, or like you’ve lost your spark, even though you’re still “functioning”?
Online therapy offers a space to pause, make sense of the overwhelm, and reconnect with what matters.
Hi, I am Eleonora

I’m a registered Psychologist based in the Northern Rivers NSW offering online therapy for stress and burnout in Australia.
Stress is an unavoidable part of life, but when it is constant and begins to feel overwhelming, it can take a serious toll on your mental and physical health. I often work with thoughtful individuals who are used to managing a lot. When stress has been simmering under the surface for too long, it can start to show up as exhaustion, irritability, ‘brain fog’, or even shame or guilt for not “coping better.”
Perhaps you’ve been feeling constantly switched on, even when rest doesn’t bring relief, or noticing motivation fading, yet still keep holding everything together. Focus becomes difficult, with moments of zoning out or jumping between tasks, and perhaps a sense of guilt for not coping “better” sneaks in.
Online therapy can help you to address both the immediate symptoms of stress and what may lie beneath them, and guide you toward a more sustainable way forward.
Who Do I Help?
As a registered Psychologist offering telehealth, I work with adults experiencing symptoms of stress, exhaustion/burnout, carers fatigue.
I often work with individuals who are articulate and thoughtful, yet feeling drained, overwhelmed, disconnected, or like they’re running on autopilot as a result of stress.
This might include professionals and carers who carry a sense of responsibility, individuals navigating shifting roles or values, those coming to terms with late-identified ADHD or longstanding patterns of “overfunctioning” or the need to “stay strong” for others. It also includes those ‘staying too much in their heads’, relying on logic, perfectionism, analysis, or productivity, even when their inner emotional world feels flat or unsettled.
My online therapy sessions offer a convenient and confidential way to explore your experience and find support wherever you are.
Perhaps you’re thinking: something has to change, but I’m not sure where to start.
Online therapy can help you recognise the emotional, mental and physical patterns keeping you stuck, and gently support you to begin to shift them.
How Can I Help
You might already be doing a lot to manage, including using strategies, keeping routines in place, turning to exercise, or other helpful tools. But if you’re still feeling stretched, disconnected, or like something’s missing, therapy might offer something different. Rather than adding more to your coping toolbox (unless needed and useful for you), our work together focuses on slowing down and coming back to yourself.
I offer online therapy for stress and burnout that’s:
- Emotion-focused, reflective and exploratory
- Collaborative and paced gently
- Complements practical tools with a more in-depth approach
- Grounded in evidence-based approaches like Schema Therapy, ACT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic informed approaches
