Online Therapy for Anxiety
Person-Centred Telehealth Psychologist NSW
Feeling anxious, restless, or caught in overthinking, even when everything seems fine on the outside?
Online therapy offers a space to slow down, explore what drives your anxiety, and learning new ways to manage it. I work with adults across NSW and Australia to understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviours and build a greater sense of balance.
Hi, I am Eleonora

I’m a registered Psychologist based in the Northern Rivers NSW. I offer telehealth therapy for adults experiencing anxiety across Australia. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centred, supporting you to explore your experiences.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, articulate, and often carry anxiousness that shows up as overthinking, restlessness, constant tension, a sense of unease, or difficulty connecting with emotions.
Adults Experiencing Anxiety |
Who I Help
Social, Work, and Relationship Anxiety
Anxiety can show up in social situations, at work, during life transitions, or in your relationships.
Some adults experience what is often called “high-functioning anxiety”: you may appear calm or capable externally, but tense, on edge, or emotionally drained internally.
Online therapy offers a space to explore patterns, build insight, and find practical ways to manage daily challenges.
Reflective, Insight-Oriented Adults
You may be thoughtful, analytical, an ‘hyperrational thinker’ or highly self-aware, noticing patterns in your thoughts but perhaps finding it harder to connect with your emotions.
Therapy offers a collaborative space to integrate cognitive insight with emotional awareness, helping you gain clarity, deepen self-understanding, and develop more balanced ways of relating to yourself and others.
If your experience of anxiety doesn’t fit neatly into any of these descriptions, that’s okay. I welcome people with a wide range of experiences and concerns related to anxiety symptoms.
My online therapy sessions offer a convenient and confidential way to explore your experience and find support wherever you are.
“Managing” anxiety begins with understanding your anxiety.
Building this awareness is a key step in treatment, and addressing underlying emotional patterns can lead to meaningful change.

How Online Therapy for Anxiety Works
Online therapy offers a flexible, private, and effective way to explore and deal with your experience of anxiety.

You’ll have consistent sessions via secure, encrypted video calls. No downloads are required. Many people find that talking from their own space helps them open up more easily, especially if they tend to feel overstimulated in traditional settings.
Medicare Rebates
If eligible, you can access Medicare Rebates to attend your Telehealth psychology sessions.
Exploring Whether Online Therapy for Anxiety Fits Your Needs
Some adults I work with have already done inner work but still struggle with anxiety. Others are new to therapy and recognise it’s time to address their challenges.
Reality is, that therapy won’t erase anxiety overnight. There is no quick fix. But therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening underneath, and start moving differently with it. Therapy can offer a new way of being with your experience. One that’s more sustainable, self-aware, and less dictated by anxiety.
